This Privacy Policy explains what information US Construction Trailers (“USCT,” “we,” “us”) collects when you use this website (usconstructiontrailers.com), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. What We Collect
Information you give us directly
When you fill out a quote form on this site, you provide information about your project — typically: your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, project type (office trailer / steel storage container / modular building), size or configuration needed, and project duration or use case. The exact fields depend on the quote form and are managed by our quote-routing partner (see “Third-Party Form Provider” below).
Information collected automatically
When you visit this site, we automatically collect:
- Usage data via Google Analytics 4 — pages viewed, time on page, referring URL, approximate location (city-level only, derived from IP), device type, and form interaction events (form view, form start, lead submission). This data is aggregated and not personally identifying.
- Technical data — IP address (used briefly for analytics geolocation, then discarded), browser type, operating system, and screen size.
- Cookies — see “Cookies” below.
How We Use Your Information
- Quote routing. If you submit a quote form, your project details are forwarded to up to 5 reputable suppliers in your market so they can prepare and send you quotes.
- Site improvement. Aggregated analytics help us understand which pages are useful and which aren’t, so we can improve the content and the form experience.
- Communications. We may follow up by email or phone if a quote form was submitted but the supplier could not reach you, or if you have an open question about your quotes. We do not run a separate marketing email program — you are not added to any newsletter unless you specifically opt in.
- Legal compliance. We may retain or share data when required by law (subpoena, court order, fraud investigation).
Who We Share Your Information With
Suppliers in our network
When you submit a quote form, your contact information and project details are shared with up to 5 reputable suppliers in your market. Suppliers in our network are established companies in the office trailer, steel storage container, or modular building category. Suppliers use your information solely to prepare and deliver quotes to you. Each supplier has its own privacy policy that governs what it does with your information after the introduction.
Third-Party Form Provider
The quote forms on this site are powered by 360connect, a third-party quote-routing service operated by 360Connect. When you submit a quote form, your information is processed by 360connect’s systems before being routed to suppliers. 360connect’s privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy, available at 360connect.com/privacy-policy.
Service Providers
We use a small number of standard service providers to operate the site:
- Google Analytics 4 — anonymized site usage analytics.
- WP Engine — managed WordPress hosting and infrastructure.
- Cloudflare — DNS, content delivery, and DDoS protection.
These providers process data on our behalf under standard data-processing terms and do not use your information for their own marketing.
Sale of personal information
We do not sell your personal information. The supplier introductions described above are part of the service you requested when you submitted a quote form, not a sale of data to third parties for unrelated purposes.
Cookies
This site uses cookies and similar technologies for:
- Essential operation — session cookies that keep the site working as you navigate.
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4 cookies (`_ga`, `_ga_LXMVYKNKMD`, etc.) used to measure aggregate site usage. These respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals where supported.
- Performance — caching cookies set by Cloudflare and our hosting layer.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use the site or submit a quote form.
Data Retention
Quote-form submissions are retained for as long as the supplier-introduction relationship is active, typically up to 24 months after the most recent submission. Aggregated analytics data is retained for 14 months in Google Analytics. You can request deletion at any time (see “Your Rights” below).
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your information from our systems.
- Opt out of certain processing (such as analytics tracking — accomplished via standard browser controls or Global Privacy Control).
- Withdraw consent for any processing that relies on your consent.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@usconstructiontrailers.com with the request and enough information to identify you (typically the email address used when you submitted a quote form). We respond within 30 days. Note that requests to delete your information may also need to be sent to suppliers who received your information through the routing process — we can provide a list of suppliers who received your specific submission upon request.
Children’s Privacy
This site is intended for adults making business procurement decisions. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (or under 16 in jurisdictions where that age applies). If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact info@usconstructiontrailers.com and we will delete it.
Security
This site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Form submissions are encrypted in transit. We use standard infrastructure security at the WP Engine and Cloudflare layers, plus security headers (HSTS, X-Content-Type-Options, X-Frame-Options, Referrer-Policy). No data transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we use industry-standard protections.
Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date. For significant changes that affect how we handle data you have already submitted, we will also reach out by email where we have one on file.
