Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the US Construction Trailers website at usconstructiontrailers.com (the “Site”) and the quote-aggregation service (“Service”) operated by US Construction Trailers (“USCT,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or submitting a quote form, you agree to these Terms.

What the Service Is

USCT is a third-party quote-aggregation service. When you submit a quote form, we route your project details to up to 5 reputable suppliers of office trailers, steel storage containers, or modular buildings in your market. Those suppliers may then send you quotes for your project.

USCT does not:

• Own or supply equipment. We do not own, lease, sell, deliver, install, repair, or maintain any office trailer, steel storage container, or modular building.
• Audit suppliers. Suppliers in our network are reputable established companies in the category, but we do not formally audit financial statements, insurance coverage, licensing, or workmanship. You are responsible for verifying any supplier you choose to do business with.
• Set or guarantee pricing. Pricing is determined by each supplier independently. We do not see, set, or negotiate prices on your behalf, and we do not guarantee that any particular quote will be the best available in your market.
• Become a party to your supplier contract. Any rental, lease, or purchase agreement you enter into with a supplier is between you and that supplier. USCT is not a party to that contract.

“Up to 5 Quotes” Is a Goal, Not a Guarantee

Our routing system attempts to match your project with up to 5 reputable suppliers in your market. Depending on your project specifications, location, timing, and the availability of suppliers in our network, you may receive fewer than 5 quotes. You may occasionally receive more than 5 if multiple suppliers in a single market are responsive. Quote turnaround is typically about one hour during business days but can extend to the next business day for forms submitted on weekends or outside normal hours.

Cost

The Service is free for you to use. There are no fees for submitting a quote form, comparing quotes, contacting suppliers, or declining to do business with any supplier. USCT is paid by suppliers when they win your business — this is sometimes called a “supplier-paid lead” or “performance” model. Supplier compensation does not affect the price you ultimately pay the supplier; suppliers compete on price and terms knowing that other reputable suppliers are also bidding for the same job.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for legitimate procurement purposes. You will not:

• Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information in a quote form.
• Submit forms on behalf of someone else without their authorization.
• Use automated tools to submit forms, scrape pages, or otherwise interact with the Site in a way that disrupts normal operation.
• Attempt to access non-public portions of the Site, the routing system, or supplier records.
• Use information you receive about suppliers (contact information, quotes, terms) for any purpose other than evaluating and potentially doing business with that supplier on the project you submitted.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and the Service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will meet your specific procurement needs.
• Any particular supplier will quote your project, deliver on time, perform to specification, or honor the terms quoted.
• The Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against all unauthorized access, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Information on the Site (specs, dimensions, permit guidance, cost ranges) is accurate, complete, or current — local code, supplier inventory, and market pricing change continuously and you should always verify with a supplier or the relevant local authority before relying on this information for a procurement decision.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, USCT and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Service, including lost profits, lost data, project delays, or supplier non-performance, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

USCT’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100), or the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim — whichever is greater. (Since the Service is free for users, in nearly all cases this cap is $100.)

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. If you are in such a jurisdiction, some of the above limitations may not apply to you, and our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Disputes With Suppliers

Any dispute about a quote, contract, delivery, equipment condition, payment, or warranty is between you and the supplier. USCT will, on request, share with you the contact details we routed your submission to so you can pursue resolution directly. We are not a mediator, ombudsman, or guarantor of supplier performance. If a supplier in our network engages in conduct you believe is fraudulent or unethical, please email info@usconstructiontrailers.com — we will review and may remove the supplier from our network, but we cannot pursue or resolve disputes on your behalf.

Privacy

Use of the Site and Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Intellectual Property

The Site (including all text, images, page templates, brand marks, layouts, and code) is owned by USCT and protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may view, share, and print Site content for personal, non-commercial use related to evaluating a procurement decision. You may not republish, scrape, or use Site content commercially without our prior written permission.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold USCT harmless from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your use of information obtained from the Site or Service in violation of any third party’s rights.

Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be announced here, and continued use of the Site or Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service that is not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intent.
